H.O.P.E Public forum on Coal Dust pollution

Over 9 million tonnes of uncovered Coal wagons are travelling through Toowoomba suburbs every year. Coal dust is a known carcinogen yet coal wagons are still not covered.

H.O.P.E are holding a public forum on Coal Dust pollution at the Dr Price Room, Little St, Toowoomba on Monday, 14 July 2014 starting at 7.30pm. Clean Air Community organiser Michael Kane will be guest speaking about the growing campaign to cover coal trains and stockpiles in SE QLD.
